The story
Zenoti is a vertical SaaS platform for salons, spas, medspas and fitness businesses operated by Soham Inc. Over time it has layered an embedded finance stack on top of its core operations software — Zenoti Payments (powered by Adyen and Stripe), BNPL (Sunbit, Affirm/Afterpay/Klarna), embedded payroll (Check), an employee wallet and card (Synctera), and 401(k) (Human Interest). The strategic direction is to become the financial OS for beauty and wellness operators, not just their booking and POS system.
