Founded 2008 as Pollenware by former UMB Financial CEO Sandy Kemper, the company rebranded to C2FO (Collaborative Cash Flow Optimization) and built the first on-demand working-capital marketplace, letting suppliers 'Name Their Rate' to get Fortune 100 buyer invoices paid early. It has since layered additional capital products on top of the marketplace: Dynamic Supplier Finance for buyers to fund via their own balance sheet or third-party funders, Lending Connections as a referral platform to third-party lenders, and the CashFlow+ Visa card. The Extended Network Finance product (2025+) marks a strategic shift from buyer-anchored supply chain finance toward broader open-network receivables finance.
