The story

Founded 1994 as a parking permit and pay-station software company for universities and municipalities. Grew via PE ownership (Pamlico → Thoma Bravo) and acquisitions (Digital Payment Technologies, UPsafety) into an all-in-one parking management platform. In 2021, acquired by Verra Mobility, aligning it with a broader smart-mobility hardware/software portfolio. Today its embedded finance surface is transient parking payments, mobile pay, and merchant-account provisioning to operator customers — with Finix as the modern PSP partner behind the newer products.
