The story

Founded 2013 as a consumer-facing rental marketplace (Goodshuffle.com), the company pivoted to become a vertical SaaS operating system for event rental businesses under the Goodshuffle Pro brand. It survived the COVID-19 events collapse and raised a Series A from FINTOP Capital in 2024. It has steadily layered embedded finance on top of the SaaS: Stripe Connect for payments, Stripe Capital for merchant loans, and Affirm BNPL for consumer checkout.
