The story

Founded in 2010 by psychologist Damien Adler and his tech-entrepreneur brother Paul as Power Diary, a practice management tool born from their own group psychology practice's frustration with existing software. Grew from AU-only into a global vertical SaaS for allied health, adding UK (2013) and US (2015) footprints. Rebranded to Zanda in November 2024 to reposition as an all-in-one platform, and has since layered on US insurance claiming, HIPAA certification, and a BizzyAI assistant built on AWS Bedrock LLMs — positioning the company as a security-first, AI-augmented practice OS for clinicians in 23+ countries.
