The story
Tomsoft was founded in 2018 as a lightweight ERP for Australian food wholesale suppliers and their venue customers. The product has since expanded into a three-tier suite — TOM Delivery (routing/POD), TOM Business (ordering/invoicing/payments with Xero + MYOB sync), and TOM Enterprise (multi-warehouse ERP). Embedded finance is limited to accepting payments (credit card, direct debit, BNPL) inside the ordering workflow; TOM is not itself a fintech, but resells third-party payment options to accelerate supplier cash flow.
