The story

Founded in 2015 as Heydoc, a UK practice management/EHR system for private clinicians, rebranded to Semble around 2022 as it expanded from solo GPs to multi-site enterprise providers. Recently moved beyond pure SaaS into embedded finance with Semble Pay — a Stripe-powered billing product that replaces the prior 'bring-your-own-Stripe' integration and adds Klarna BNPL and in-clinic terminals — turning payments into a native revenue line alongside the core EHR.
