The story

SafraPay is the merchant-acquiring and SMB fintech brand of Banco Safra, a 180-year-old Brazilian bank. It bundles card acquiring (maquininhas), a business account (Conta PJ Safra), a business credit card, PIX, e-commerce APIs, credit and investments — positioning Safra as an integrated 'financial OS' for Brazilian small businesses, competing with Stone, PagSeguro, Cielo and Rede. All regulated products run on Banco Safra S.A.'s own charter (CNPJ 58.160.789/0001-28), making this a bank-owned, self-operated stack rather than a BaaS-fronted fintech.
