The story

Resly was born from the observation that trust accounting in Australia/New Zealand short-term rentals and management rights was manual, painful and non-compliant. Launched in 2020 as a cloud PMS that pairs channel management and commission-free direct bookings with automated trust accounting, using open banking (via Basiq) to auto-reconcile trust accounts against live bank feeds. Embedded finance is limited to ReslyPay (card acceptance) and open-banking-driven trust reconciliation — the company is not a lender, issuer, or BaaS platform.
