The story

Founded 2011 in Belarus as Quote Roller — a quoting tool for SMBs — pivoted to a broader document automation and eSignature platform under the PandaDoc brand and relocated to Silicon Valley in 2014. Built into a horizontal DocuSign-competitor with embedded payments as the strategic wedge: turning proposals/contracts into a 'sign-and-pay' surface via Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks Payments, Square, Authorize.Net, and an own-brand Pay by Bank product (Plaid + Stripe ACH) launched 2024. Embedded finance is a monetization layer on top of the core e-signature workflow rather than a standalone product.
