The story

Founded 2012 in Barcelona as a Shopify-for-vacation-rentals — helping independent hosts build direct-booking websites and reduce dependency on Airbnb/Booking.com/Vrbo. Layered on channel-manager sync, guest messaging, and dynamic pricing to become an all-in-one PMS. In 2025 pivoted into embedded finance with Lodgify Payments (Stripe-powered, U.S. only initially), Lodgify Capital, and Safely-powered damage protection — moving from pure SaaS to a monetize-the-payment-flow model. 2026 rebrand centers on AI (AI Co-Host, MCP) as the new distribution layer.
