“Can a certified French invoicing SaaS become the default Plateforme Agréée rail for both SMBs and third-party software editors under the 2026 e-invoicing reform?”
Founded 2010 as a French online invoicing + accounting SaaS for TPE/PME and auto-entrepreneurs, Evoliz grew by hugging regulatory compliance — NF 203 and NF 525 anti-fraud certifications, bank connectivity, GED. In 2025 it was acquired by Nordic SMB software giant Visma Group, which positioned Evoliz as its French beachhead ahead of the 2026 e-invoicing reform. Evoliz obtained Plateforme Agréée status and now sells both a direct SaaS product and a white-label e-invoicing API for third-party editors.
Evoliz processes payments through Stripe, PayPlug, PayZen, PayPal, GoCardless, Bridge and justifi.
Evoliz connects to bank accounts through Bridge.
The Embedded Finance Index 2026 maps 4 layers in Evoliz's stack: Payments / PSP (Stripe, PayPlug, PayZen, PayPal and 3 others); Open banking (Bridge); Unified APIs (Chift); Accounts Receivable (centime).
