DearEmployee is a Berlin/Konstanz-based B2B workplace mental health SaaS. It began as a psychological risk assessment (Gefährdungsbeurteilung §5 ArbSchG) tool built on validated occupational psychology surveys, then evolved into a two-sided platform: an analytics/insights product for HR and managers on one side, and a marketplace of vetted health providers on the other.
