The story

Newton School began in 2019 as an online outcome-oriented tech education platform focused on closing the skill gap between Indian graduates and industry-ready engineering roles. It built a placement-linked model (deferred tuition, EMI financing, referrals) around Data Science and Full Stack Development programs, then expanded upmarket in 2024 into a 4-year residential B.Tech via Newton School of Technology (NST) at partner universities. In 2026 it added AI-native products — Agentic/GenAI courses and Koyō, an AI Interviewer for recruiters — moving from pure edtech toward a hiring/interview infrastructure play.
