The story
Zoocasa began as a Rogers-owned real estate portal in 2008. When Rogers shut it down in 2015, Lauren Haw and partners acquired the brand and rebuilt it as a full-service licensed brokerage powered by data and technology. In 2022, eXp World Holdings acquired Zoocasa to strengthen its Canadian lead-generation and listings portal footprint, and Zoocasa now operates as an agent-facing search portal and brokerage within the broader AGNT/eXp Realty family.
