The story
Founded in 2000 as Signifo Ltd, Webexpenses began as a pure-play expense management SaaS for finance teams. Over time it expanded from report-and-reimburse into embedded payment rails, launching Wise Platform-powered reimbursements in 2023 to close the loop on payouts. More recently it added Adyen/Mastercard-powered corporate expense cards, moving from a workflow tool toward a lightweight spend management platform that controls both pre-spend (cards) and post-spend (reimbursement) for its 300,000+ users across 70+ countries.
