The story

Created from the 2023 restructuring of the legacy Banco PSA (ex-PSA/Peugeot-Citroën captive) and Banco Fidis (ex-FCA captive) into a unified Brazilian financial services organization following the 2021 Stellantis merger. Retail auto financing runs through Stellantis Financiamentos (an SCFI), while wholesale, corporate, cards, receivables financing and CDB/LF investment products run through Banco Stellantis (a licensed BACEN bank). The current strategic thrust is embedded finance around the dealer network — extending from pure auto lending into embedded insurance (BNP Paribas Cardif prestamista, Dec 2025), a broker brand (Stellantis Seguros), and a corporate card program.
