The story
Sólides began as a behavioral assessment tool (Profiler / DISC methodology) and expanded into a full HR + Departamento Pessoal (payroll administration) platform for Brazilian SMBs. Following the 2022 Warburg Pincus round, the company aggressively consolidated the fragmented Brazilian HR software market via acquisitions of Tangerino, Folha de Pagamento Digital and RHGestor. It now positions as the only integrated RH+DP platform in Brazil with 55k+ customers and 8M+ lives impacted, but has not moved into embedded finance — payroll disbursement, banking or lending remain external to the platform.
