The story

Signal Alliance was founded in 1996 as an enterprise IT services firm in Nigeria. In 2021 it restructured into a holding company (SATH) with distinct operating subsidiaries — SATH Cloud (Cloudsa Africa), SATH Technology Consulting, SATH Kenya, and venture arm SAsware. The group's revenue engine is Microsoft/Cisco/enterprise-technology reselling and consulting; embedded finance is not part of the offering. SATH's only fintech exposure is via SAsware's seed investments into third-party fintech startups, not through the holding company's own P&L.
