The story

Founded 1984 as a rural credit cooperative tied to the Cooperalfa agroindustrial group in western Santa Catarina. Expanded geographically through the 1990s with dedicated branches, then converted to open-membership in 2005, allowing it to serve individuals and businesses beyond its original farming base. Today operates 102 branches across Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul as a mid-sized cooperative bank within the national Sicoob system.
