The story

Scribestar is a UK-based capital markets SaaS platform that digitises, structures and automates the legal, regulatory and reporting processes behind IPOs, listings, annual reports and ongoing corporate disclosures. Founded by Adam Shaw (ex-investment banking / PE), it targets issuers, law firms, corporate finance advisers, IR/PR firms and design agencies. Distribution is through the London Stock Exchange's Issuer Services Marketplace and Barclays Eagle Labs. It is a document-collaboration and compliance tool, not a fintech that moves money — there is no embedded finance stack visible in its public materials.
