The story
Founded in 2004 as the tech arm of the Belgian vehicle rental federation (Renta VZW), Renta Solutions has spent 20+ years digitizing back-office workflows for leasing companies — vehicle ordering (ORD), maintenance approvals (MRT), fines management (FMS) and e-invoicing (REI). In 2023 it spun up Mobeyond BV/SRL to sell the same platforms to non-federation fleet owners internationally, and in May 2025 consolidated the commercial identity under the Mobeyond brand, positioning itself as a digital mobility facilitator rather than a Belgian-only industry utility.
