RAFA started (2024) as a consumer-facing generative AI investing copilot for stocks, options, crypto and NFTs, incubated by Portal (fintech infrastructure). By 2025-2026 the company pivoted upmarket to RAFA PRO — an 'Agentic Operating Platform' selling AI agents (Compliance, Portfolio Intelligence, Client Engagement, Research) into RIA / wealth-management firms — while simultaneously spinning out RAFA Protocol, a decentralized on-chain layer for permissionless trading of tokenized US equities, Treasuries and commodities from a self-custody crypto wallet. The two arms share the RAFA brand but target very different customers (B2B wealth firms vs. crypto-native investors).
