The story

Founded 2011 in New Zealand as a mobile giving app, Pushpay evolved into a full church operating system. The 2019 CCB acquisition added church management; Resi (2021) added video/streaming; ChurchStaq (2022) and ParishStaq (2023) bundled giving, ChMS, apps and analytics into vertical suites. Taken private in 2023 by BGH Capital and Sixth Street, the company is now doubling down on AI features and platform consolidation ('Staq Transformation') for faith-based organizations.
