The story

Founded 1996 as Pragma Faktoring, a traditional factoring company. Under CEO Tomasz Boduszek (2011-present) pivoted from a debt-collection startup to a technology-driven SME lender. Enterprise Investors took majority stake in 2021, funding a strategic pivot to embedded finance: PragmaGO now distributes financing (loans, factoring, MCA, B2B BNPL) directly inside partner ecosystems like Allegro, PayU, Przelewy24, TPay, Shoper and Polskie ePłatności (Nexi). Positions itself as the largest embedded finance provider in Poland, expanding across CEE (Romania, Spain, Croatia, Portugal next).
