The story

Founded 2010 in Dallas as The Parking Genius, ParkHub built a POS and payments platform for large-venue parking (stadiums, universities, municipalities) — combining Verifone/Ingenico handhelds, its own ParkHub Pay gateway, and analytics. LLR Partners took a growth stake in 2022, funding the Smarking acquisition (2023) for BI/dynamic pricing. In 2025 ParkHub merged with UK consumer parking marketplace JustPark, creating a transatlantic parking platform where ParkHub's enterprise/venue payments stack sits alongside JustPark's driver-side app and reservations marketplace. The combined entity is now branded JustPark, with ParkHub operating as its US arm.
