The story

Founded in 2008 in Monterrey as a traditional card payment processor for Mexican merchants, Netpay evolved into the payments platform of FEMSA (one of Mexico's largest conglomerates), expanding from basic POS/card acquiring into a full payment stack covering ecommerce checkout, payment links, loop, OXXO Pay, and verticalised solutions for petrol stations, retail, and restaurants. The FEMSA backing repositioned Netpay as a financial operating system layer for Mexican businesses rather than a standalone acquirer.
