The story

Masthaven started in 2005 as a specialist property finance lender (bridging, development, secured loans). In 2016 it obtained a UK banking licence and operated as Masthaven Bank offering retail savings alongside mortgages. It has since wound down the retail bank and reverted to being a specialist non-bank lender; in 2025 it merged with Spring Finance under the Masthaven Finance Limited entity (Company number 14088677) to consolidate specialist lending capabilities.
