Can the incumbent CACFP compliance vendor for US home daycares turn compliance software into a full financial operating system (payments, accounting, tax) for childcare providers via Parachute?

The story

KidKare (formerly Minute Menu Systems) started in 1993 as a compliance-first Windows client for USDA CACFP food-program claims for family childcare providers and sponsors. In the 2010s it moved to a cloud SaaS (app.kidkare.com) and layered on KidKare Accounting + ePay for online tuition collection. Its most recent chapter is Parachute — a broader childcare business management suite (invoicing, ParaPay payments, accounting, Time/Space tax calcs, parent communication) — pushing KidKare from pure CACFP compliance into embedded payments and financial workflows for daycares.
