Joblogic began in 1998 as an internal tool for the Carter Group's building maintenance operations and was spun out as Tracer Management Systems. It moved to a SaaS model in 2012 and has grown into the UK's leading field service management platform for service contractors (7,000+ UK businesses). Recent investments from Axiom Equity and Vista Equity Partners are funding a shift from record-keeping software to an AI-native 'Agentic Operating System' for service operations, with embedded finance surfaces (Stripe payments, Klarna BNPL, GoCardless direct debit) increasingly bundled into the core workflow.
