Founded 2008 as a New York-focused homecare scheduling and billing platform, HHAeXchange grew into the dominant EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) aggregator for state Medicaid HCBS programs after the 21st Century Cures Act mandated EVV nationwide. It has expanded from pure EVV/billing into a full homecare operating system — layering in payroll, private-pay processing, caregiver mobile, MCO network management, and a Partner Connect marketplace covering EWA (DailyPay), background checks, and health benefits.
