Founded 2010 as a Salesforce-native association management system (AMS) for trade associations, professional societies, and membership organizations. Expanded internationally with a London office in 2012 and multi-currency/multi-lingual functionality. Acquired by Togetherwork in 2021 — the vertical-SaaS-plus-payments roll-up — which accelerated the embedded payments strategy. Fonteva Payments (Stripe-powered) is now positioned as the only global embedded payments solution purpose-built for the Fonteva platform, with $1.8B transacted annually.
