The story

Founded in 2016 as Bahrain's 5th licensed POS and online payment gateway acquirer, EazyPay initially focused on card-present POS acquiring for Bahraini merchants. Over time it expanded to a full-stack PSP offering — online gateway, hosted checkout (EazyCheckout), developer APIs, and crypto acceptance via an exclusive Binance partnership — becoming the payments backbone for large regional merchants including Talabat, Uber, TikTok, and FedEx. By 2025 it layered open banking-enabled SME financing via Tarabut and B2B virtual card receivables via Mastercard Receivables Manager, signalling a move toward embedded working-capital and treasury products on top of its acquiring rails.
