The story

Dispatch started in 2013 as a home-services field service management tool, took a $12M Series A from ServiceMaster in 2017 to modernize the home-services experience, and evolved into a broader 'service orchestration' platform for enterprises managing third-party contractor networks (warranty, manufacturer, property, franchise). The 2024 acquisition of Youreka and launch of Dispatch Recruit shifted the company from job dispatch to a full contractor sourcing + visibility platform. The company is now an operating subsidiary of Valsoft Corporation.
