The story
Credsystem has operated for 20+ years as a Brazilian private-label card issuer and consumer-credit specialist for the retail vertical. It built out its own regulated stack — a Payment Institution (IP) and a Sociedade de Crédito Direto (SCD) — moving from being a co-branded card operator into a full-stack embedded credit provider for retail chains (Casa & Vídeo, Lojão do Brás, Super do Povo, etc.). Its own consumer card 'Cartão Mais!' extends the same infrastructure to individual consumers.
