The story

Founded around 1999 in Portland, it built an integrated documentation, billing, and business intelligence stack (Insight platform). In January 2022 it was acquired by WebPT — the category-leading rehab therapy SaaS — and now operates as a WebPT subsidiary alongside Keet Health, consolidating rehab-therapy vertical SaaS under one roof.
