The company has stayed on-premise to its Nordic roots — Azure hosting in Sweden and Norway, ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 audited — and positions data sovereignty and GDPR compliance as its differentiator. It does not operate any embedded-finance rails; its financial-services touchpoints are limited to integration connectors into third-party payroll and ERP systems used by its enterprise HR customers.
