It expanded to become a global oncology navigator with particular strength in India-China treatment pathways for CAR-T, gene therapy, and clinical trial access. The company operates as a marketplace/facilitator (not a medical provider), monetizing paid concierge services (case management, visa, interpretation, second opinions) and hospital referrals. It is a small operation (nine full-time staff) owned by Syncare Corporation, and is also the authorized distributor of Aletha Health Inc. physiotherapy products.
