The story
Axxess began as a home-health consulting firm in 2007 and pivoted to software in 2011 with Axxess Home Health. Over the next decade it expanded across the full care-at-home continuum — home care, hospice, palliative — and added revenue cycle management, a clinician marketplace (Axxess CARE), and interoperability (Axxess Exchange, powered by Kno2). It has grown by acquisition (Home Health Gold in 2018, Complia Health in 2023) and is now leaning heavily on AI (Axxess intelligence, Ask Axxess, Ambient Agent) as its differentiator.
