Attentive.ai (Attentive Inc.) is an India/US-based vertical SaaS company for the construction and field services industry — NOT the well-known SMS marketing platform 'Attentive Mobile' (attentivemobile.com). Founded 2017, it began as an automated property measurement tool (Automeasure) for landscaping, paving, and snow-removal contractors, and has since expanded into AI-based construction takeoffs (Beam AI) and human-vetted BIM management (BIM CoPilot). The product is pure vertical SaaS with no embedded finance layer.
