The story

Grupo Argenta is a 40-year-old Brazilian family-owned holding company built around fuel retail (SIM Rede — one of Brazil's largest independent gas station networks), fuel distribution (SIM Distribuidora, Charrua, Querodiesel, NEXTA/PETRONAS), lubricants, aviation fuel, and wine (Vinícola Luiz Argenta). It is NOT a fintech or embedded finance company. Its only visible financial-technology footprint is a consumer mobile app (SIM Rede) that accepts Pix payments for tolls via a third-party (CSG). No BaaS, card issuing, lending, or embedded finance products are offered by the group.
