The story

ApprovalMax started as a pure approval-workflow SaaS layered on top of Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Oracle NetSuite, replacing paper and email-based invoice/PO approvals with multi-tier automated routing. Over time it expanded to Oracle NetSuite ERP integration and built a broad accounting-connector ecosystem. The defining embedded-finance pivot came with the launch of ApprovalMax Pay (2025), embedding payment initiation (via Yapily) and multi-currency e-wallet services (via Currencycloud) directly into the approval workflow, transforming the product from an approval tool into a full accounts payable execution platform.
