“Can Ukraine's leading electronics retailer become a national marketplace by embedding credit, digital-ID onboarding, and escrowed card acceptance into every transaction?”
ALLO (ТОВ «Алло», legal entity code 30012848, based in Dnipro) began as a Ukrainian consumer electronics retailer focused on smartphones and home appliances and has been transitioning into a national marketplace. Embedded finance is core to that thesis: more than a third of sales are credit purchases, and in 2021 ALLO integrated with Ukraine's Diia digital-ID app to enable paperless POS lending. In 2022–2023 it launched a marketplace with escrow-style card acceptance for third-party merchants, and continues to operate own-brand financing programs ('Алло Гроші', 'Оплатити частинами', 'Купити у кредит').
Allo processes payments through Card payments with 14-day escrow hold for marketplace merchants (self-operated).
The Embedded Finance Index 2026 maps 2 layers in Allo's stack: Payments / PSP (Card payments with 14-day escrow hold for marketplace merchants (self-operated)); Lending (Купити у кредит (Buy on credit), Оплатити частинами (Pay in installments) and Diia-based instant POS credit (e-passport / e-tax ID)).
Allo is headquartered in Dnipro, Ukraine.
