The story

Advantive is a PE-formed roll-up (TA Associates + ST6, 2022) of specialty ERP/MES/SPC software brands serving manufacturing and distribution. It was not built as an embedded finance company — its thesis is unifying operational, quality, and supply-chain data across a portfolio of vertical software products for corrugated packaging, wholesale distribution, food & beverage, and automotive manufacturers. In 2026 the strategic focus shifted toward Advantive ONE, an AI intelligence layer knitting the acquired brands together, rather than adding financial products.
