Workiz started as a pure field service management SaaS (scheduling, dispatching, invoicing) for trades like HVAC, plumbing, locksmith, and appliance repair. Beginning ~2023, it expanded into embedded finance — launching Workiz Pay (Stripe + Adyen), embedded consumer financing via Sunbit and Wisetack, and a Visa expense card via CapitalOS — positioning itself as the financial OS for SMB field service businesses.
