The story

Vonigo was founded in 2011 as a vertical SaaS field service management platform for home services, franchisors, and mobile service businesses. Over time it layered embedded finance features — invoicing, online payments (via EVO Payments), and an embedded lending partnership with OnDeck — onto its scheduling/dispatch core. In February 2022 the company was acquired by Fullsteam, a Aquiline-backed roll-up of vertical SaaS and integrated payments businesses, which reoriented the payments strategy toward Fullsteam's own processing infrastructure.
