The story

Vindi launched in 2013 as a Brazilian recurring-billing and subscription-management SaaS. Following acquisition by Locaweb and integration with Yapay, it broadened from pure recurrence into a full payments platform spanning gateway, intermediador (sub-acquirer), e-commerce checkout, Pix, boleto, and receivables anticipation. Today it positions itself as an embedded payments infrastructure for vertical SaaS, e-commerce, subscriptions clubs, insurance, education, fitness, healthcare, and telecom in Brazil.
