The story
Founded 2016 by accountants frustrated with slow client-data collection, Validis grew into a general financial-data platform serving auditors, lenders, insurers and fintechs. Around 2023-24, CEO Michael Turner refocused the company on its core competency — extracting and standardizing accounting data from 100+ ERP systems — after a period of trying to be 'everything to everyone.'
