The story

Founded 2023 in NYC by two Fairmarkit alumni to automate the manual drudgery of chasing past-due B2B invoices. Started narrowly in collections, where the problem was most visible, then expanded upstream across the full order-to-cash workflow (order management → credit → collections → cash application → disputes) as enterprise customers made clear the overdue invoice was a symptom of upstream errors. $52.5M Series B led by Insight ten months after Series A positions Stuut as the AI 'coworker' layer sitting on top of SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Dynamics ERPs rather than replacing them.
