The story

Sellsy started in 2009 as a cloud CRM + invoicing suite for French SMBs and expanded internationally in the mid-2010s. It has progressively bolted on adjacent finance modules — online payments (Stripe, Adyen, GoCardless), pre-accounting connectors, and a cash-flow product via the RocketChart acquisition — to evolve from a CRM into an all-in-one revenue and finance OS for small French companies. The recent regulatory wedge is French e-invoicing: Sellsy is positioning itself as a certified Plateforme Agréée (PDP). In 2024 it was rolled up into TeamSystem, the Italian SMB ERP group.
